Internet in Swaziland

Swaziland has a limited telephone network which has improved substantially recently. A fibre optic cable links
Swaziland to South Africa and leased line tariffs on this link are relatively low.  Local calls cost US$0.42/hour offpeak, and $0.85/hour peak. Long distance calls cost 6 times more.  Unlimited dialup Internet access costs $14/month from UUNET Swaziland. Leased line costs from Uunet Swaziland: a 64Kbps circuit costs E5,500 per month as a basic fee.
