Internet in Rwanda
The government recently signed the MOU with USAID's Leland Initiative which has provided RwandaTel with
support to establish a full Internet service. The Universite Nationale du Rwanda has recently established a connection.
The country has a high quality digital telephone network but with limited penetration to areas outside the main cities in this small but highly populated and
war-torn country.
